David serves as Chief Compliance Officer, having joined Frontier Global Partners in 2021. Prior to joining FGP, David spent more than 20 years of compliance and operational experience with Allianz Global Investors, formerly Nicholas-Applegate Capital Management, and has extensive knowledge in security regulations, GIPS standards, and marketing compliance. While at Allianz, David initially served as a portfolio administrator, performance analyst, and then a team leader with the data management team. In 2008, he became a senior compliance analyst and vice president. He was responsible for approving marketing materials, sales literature, and client correspondence for the firm’s equity, fixed income, derivative and alternative strategies, along with all regulatory reporting and annual compliance assessment. David began his career in Boston at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co, where he was a client account manager.

David holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. He was awarded the Claritas® Investment Certificate in 2015 and holds FINRA Series 7, 24, and 66.

Why did you choose to work at Frontier Global Partners?

The desire to work in a boutique-type atmosphere where I could be hands-on and involved on a more granular level in many areas drew me to Frontier Global Partners.

My parents, who raised 6 kids on a shoestring budget.
