Will is the Director of Business Development at Frontier Global Partners, LLC. Will is responsible for client relations and identifying and developing new client relationships and business opportunities. His previous experience as a professional athlete took him across Europe and Asia, with the opportunity to study the cultures of high-performing teams and organizations while also representing the United States in several international competitions.

Will holds a B.A. in history from Penn State University.

What is the most exotic place you have ever visited?

I spent seven months living in the Fengtai District of Beijing while playing indoor volleyball professionally for BAIC Motorsports.

What is it that you do at Frontier Global that gives you the most personal satisfaction?

Being part of a rapidly growing organization affords me the opportunity to solve new problems each day.

What do you like to do in your downtime away from work?

Away from work, I enjoy playing guitar, beach volleyball, chasing our kids around the house, and mountain biking.
